All of a sudden remotes dont work

Both the default remote and the upgraded KR-301 stopped working. Changed batteries and still no joy. Any ideas ?

My unit shutdown and now when I powered it on by unplugging and plugging it back in, no remote.

You try different USB ports for the USB dongles that came with the remotes?

Same has happened on two of my units. Remotes stop working. If I used my 1800 remote it works with the 1900 but not the remotes that came with the 1900
