Hi, I just bought an ATV380 box and it was working fine up to last week. All of a sudden I get the recovery menu on the next boot up even though I have not selected it or done any updates.

Doing a factory did not help nor updating to the latest firmware from this site. It is stuck in the recovery mode. Can anyone assist?

I have the atv380 and had a update issue...how do i access recovery mode or do a hard reset. there is no pinhole button and holding the power doesnt seem to do anything.

i believe you need to unpug machine and hold power button while plugging it back in to get it to boot to recovery.

Yes the ATV 380s power button is the reset button.
