Help: MyGica ATV1900ac not detecting Ethernet connection

Can you please help me to get my MyGica ATV1900ac to detect Ethernet port ?

Only wi-Fi is working

you have to go into your settings and turn on ethernet and device and turn off wifi.then it should show you as connected to ethernet

I turned OFF Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi is deactivated) and Turned ON Ethernet (Ethernet Device Activated) but Still not showing Icon for Ethernet connection on the main page. It still not detecting Ethernet connection.

I was told by MyGica that I would need a firmware update to get the ethernet to work. He is supposed to email me an update which I've yet to receive.

No There is No light on the Ethernet port when the cable is connected. It use to work before and stopped working. I checked everything (cable, router). Still not working, not detecting Ethernet with that Firmware

If there are no lights on the Ethernet port

Then it sounds defective

You will need to submit it for warranty to get it exchanged
