Now What: MyGica has gone 8-bit

In addition to the ongoing issues discussed on this board at length related to the 1900AC.... I'm pretty sure I've got a new issue entirely ...

Came home today from work, turned on the Gica... and presto... menus, and screens are all in 8-bit like graphics...

Please see attached images....

A reboot, and removing the power for 15-seconds did nothing to resolve the issue shown in the image below.

Now what?

RESOLVED

somehow the resolution got switched to a non compatible setting for the display.

Although I couldn't read any menus I was able to navigate and switch the settings to 1080p 60hz and all was well.

Weird.

Note: this change happened automagically. I did not change the settings and no one else used the device.

Cats, trolls, small animals, children, I've come to realize anything under three feet tall is a detriment to electronic equipment....
