1800e STATUS Green light flashing not powering on

I have a 1800e box and it started to freeze on me unplugged it plugged back in every thing was good for a few seconds then froze again did the same thing above then the status green light would just be dim and flash would not power up after unplugging and plugging back in the green light came on steady and this time with out wasting time I factory rest the box went good put new firm ware update_MyGica_1800-582-380_4.4_20151119 every thing was good until today green light is flashing at front of the box I have another box same 1800e tried the power cord in that box no problems any idea what might be happening and what I can do

send it in for repair, I believe you have power issue so do indicate it can be power bar too
