Mygica 1900 AC bought suddenly not booting up.

Help.

I bought 1900AC from Urban Digital in Melbourne Australia in Nov 2015. I have issues:

1. In February,suddenly the remote ceased. When buttons pressed no light / signal emitted. When I took remote unit to Urban Digital for advice / assistance, I did not receive welcome sugns, only no help at all.

2. Yesterday, suddenly the 1900 AC unit stopped booting up and TV says no input signal from 1900 AC at all.

3. I tried pressing reboot button but nothing happened.

The unit is less than 6 months old! I bought 1900 AC as I believe it to be topline model. Now this!

Is there any assistance I can receive or ...

Help.
