Having issues starting ATV 586

Hey I turn on my box and the kit kat logo comes up, then the mygica logo, then goes black? Won't do anything past that. Any help???

Are you using RCA or HDMI cable?

Are you using RCA or HDMI cable?

ATV586 only has HDMI out there is no RCA.

Are you able to try a different HDMI cable or TV?
