atv 380 Issue

Recommended Posts

I recently received a 380 as a present from my Brother.

I seems to have been flashed from the original android and had OpenElec loaded.

It works fine on my only samsung non-smart tv, but when I hook it up to my LG Smart Tv I get the error in the pic.

Any Ideas????

Have you tried a different HDMI Cable?

Yes, a few, all the same result.

I have not seen that before.

You can try switching back to Android if you want.

Let me know if you would like to, and I can give you instructions.

Directions would be great.

How much will (could) it impact the performance?

Thanks,

Dan

Follow below and it will allow you to go back to Android

You can try this

Download the ATV 582 Files from below

These are our factory restore files

I have been uploading all my zip files of factory restore cards onto my onedrive. I keep them updated for the most part and I will keep putting them up until they are all there.

If you have any problem downloading them, or you need different files, let me know.

You can also give out this link to customers who need these same files.

quad core video;

the 585, 582, the reset button is on the bottom.

1900 is on the back of the unit
