Recommended Posts

Having some choppy video issues after the latest OTA update.

Have reset to factory, and using Confluence.

Kodi keeps advertising V16 Jarvis.

Any ideas?

Which version of KODI are you currently running?

KODI is just advertising new version which is 16.1

Also Confluence is the Default Skin of KODI

Are you using a different one? If so which one?

Pretty sure it's the default version. I have not added anything to it.

I'm on the default skin.

So you have no problems when using Confluence?

Also if you keep getting popup for Jarvis, you need to update to 16.1 to get rid of this popup.

Hi Justin,

So MyGica will support the update to Jarvis.

Is Jarvis considered stable.

I have managed to improve the video by moving to WiFi since the alternating behaviour on the two interfaces seemed to have been partly to blame.

Is there a write up on the proper procedure to update Kodi, it didn't show up in updates.

The easiest way to update kodi it to go to kodi.tv download the Android ARM file then click the updated file or use app installer to find after you've downloaded it and install. It will update to 16.1.

We have been supporting Jarvis ever since it came out.

This page explains how to update KODI

It might see things in the future a little more simple if you delete it and then re-install it from the google app store.

Then whenever there is an update you can simply do it through the app store.

This way works the best.

Because any new KODI update version will install and you won't risk losing any of your add ons and user data etc.
