Changing Video Display

I want to change the video display settings on my 585 to 480i but there is no 480i setting available on in the output modes. Which out put do I use without losing video? Modes available are: 1080p-60hz

1080p-24hz

720p-60hz

480p-60hz

1080i-60hz

it would not work with 480i, or 480p since Software is not built for lower resolution then 720P
