Networking the MyGica ATV585

Hi all,

I recently replaced my old WD Live with a MyGica ATV585, what I'm trying to do is have the HDD that I have connected to the ATV 585 show up on my network the WD worked that way and I assumed that the MyGica would as well.

I need this to happen so that I can transfer files, etc between my PC and the HDD that is connected to the ATV 585.

Does anyone know how to make this happen? Can it be done?

Does your Router have a USB port on it?

If so, it is much easier to plug it into your router to do exactly what your wanting to do.
