Google Play Store wont update - DF-DLA-15 Error

Hi Admin,

I am unable to install or update from Google Play Store. Tried to install Kodi and update Skype and the Play Store returns the same error mentioned above. Kodi was giving me issues this morning due to the menu disappearing. In order to correct I rebooted to factory settings. When I tried to reinstall Kodi the Google Play Store gave me the error. I have followed the instructions as found on Internet to clear cache etc within the app, and it has not worked?

Please could you advise as to how to resolve this problem?

Are you able to try logging out and logging back in?
