I have an ATV520E that I purchased about 7 months ago, when I first got the unit it worked great, i used it about 1/2 dozen time or so then disconnected the unit, and it sat for a 3-4 months, when I reconnected the unit, the blue light came on but there was no video. I've reset the unit using the upgrade button, with the same result. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry about the problem you are having

May I ask are you getting video on your TV when you are resetting the box?

As the default recovery screen on the 520E defaults to 720p. Are you using this on a 720P TV or does your TV support 1080P as well?
