Replace top 5 icons and updating android

On the main screen when I boot up there are 5 larger icons right at the top just below the search function (including Amazon, Youtube, Netflix, Facebook and Calendar). I don't use amazon or facebook and would like to replace these two with Revision 3 and BBM or something. Can I do this? Uninstalling Amazon doesn't remove the Amazon icon from that top section.

Also, is there a way to upgrade from adroid 4.1.2 to 4.4?

All the icons are built at the top of the screen, as well as the big ones in the middle are all built into the launcher, so there would not be a way to remove this.

You can try using a different launcher if you like from the Play Store, try looking for Nova Launcher, this launcher should allow you to customize your main screen.

As for upgrading Android, we should have an upgrade to 4.2 within the next month, the office 4.4 version of Android for Mygica products will only be available on the new ATV 582 and ATV 1800 Quad core models.
