Webcams Supported

Hi there

I want to set up skype on mygica at home. Just have a few questions

1. Are only certain webcams supported , the room is about 3-4 meters long. I need a good quality webcam

2. Are there any tutorials i can follow to do this ?

3. What kind of microphone do i need to use.

Logitech C270 works great for me with Skype. Plug it and it works. It has a built in mic and my contacts can hear me fine from 3 meters away.

I have found a lot of the Logitech C series cameras work. Including the C270.
