Accented Letters Replaced By Chinese Characters

I'd be interested in your response to the two replies.

The accented characters were rendered properly in XBMC and, if I used a DLNA media app to access the same music on my laptop.

I have a fair amount of music with accents in the metadata.

I'm not going to ask for a refund, even if it were possible at this point. This a great product, which I'm sure you'll make even greater.

With further explorations today, I've come to realize that the appearance of Chinese characters, is not related to the Mygica. it's the apps' inabilty to render non iso characters. I found two music apps that properly detect and render the accented letters. I've chosen one of them as 'my' music app. One them actuallu gave me the option to autodetect these characters.
