Setting up a KR100 remote

Hi,

I just got another ATV1200 box and bought a KR100 remote with it this time. However, the KR100 remote is not working with the box. I have tried the "esc + g" and then the "y + "" but it doesn't seem to work. Any help on this would be great.

Did you connect the 2.4GHZ USB dongle to the box?

This is how it works.

Yep. I tried it in all 4 ports. The status light goes solid, I believe that means its connected. The other led just flashes.

I would get the remote exchanged then

Shop.ca would be a better way of getting it exchanged. Since they provide you with a return shipping label, so should save you the shipping costs.
