ATV1200 Model Differences?

To whom it may concern (Justin?),

Hello, I've noticed recently that there seems to be 2 differently priced models of the ATV1200 on the market and I was just wondering if there are any actual differences between these two rather just one happens to be on sale? For example, on newegg.com,

this model appears to be $99:

while this model appears to be $85:

The only difference I can see is in the title. In the second link the words "Amlogic 8726-MX" exist in the item name while in the first link they do not. Are these virtually the same model? And if not, what are the differences? Any help is greatly appreciated as always. Thanks!
