Micro SD card wont insert into ATV 520e

Is the card supposed to click in? I try to insert the card and when I push against the spring it wont lock in, and so the car protrudes out instead of staying flush with the unit. Is it defective? Any way to fix?

I have the same issue with my ATV520E, doing the SW update to android 4.2.2 requires that I hold the card in for close to 5 minutes until the process was complete.

Sounds like it is a defective unit. There is no way to fix this, as it is a problem with the actual hardware.

Thx for the quick replies. I was able to get it to work by slightly pushing the card to the right so that it hooks into the mechanism.
