Random reboots

In the past couple of weeks my device periodically reboots randomly when navigating XBMC. Some times no lights will come on the box and I have to unplug it to get it going again.

Any ideas?

I have had 2 boxes come in for warranty with this issue.

One of them I was able to fix with just a simple factory reset. I tried it for an hour and did not see a reboot. Gave it back to the customer and haven't heard from them since.

The 2nd box I tried, factory reset and reloading the firmware as well, both did not help, since the box would still reboot after about 15-20 mins. We ended up replacing this unit.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will try a factory reset and then restore mt XBMC backup.
