Change from VST to Android

Just went to set up my ATV520E and pressed VST 'Always' in error (I know it's dumb) now everything is in Chinese which I can't read.

Is there a simple way back or a reset button, please?

This video is for the ATV 500x, but they both use the same reset procedures.
