Stops werking

Good day I have updated my MyGica atv585 to lollipop 5. All is good for about 15 min then it stops working is freezes and you have to pull the power cable to restart the the device. Is there way to reinstall the old KitKat 4.4 or am I now stuck with this problem or is there a patch for the lollipop software.
