What order to do updates: Build number V001M801_20140604

Information on this forum is very confusing. It does not say anywhere on the latest update that all previous updates must be installed, yet all previous updates have big warnings to install all previous updates? Why is this complicated?

Which updates do need to do and in what order? I don't want to brick my box
