Load Speed

When I try to stream a movie off the internet it sometimes takes forever to load. I won't even try and load an HD quality movie. Once it has loaded it is usually good to go but takes a long time to get going. I run Netflix on my PS3 and it loads really quick so I know it is not my internet speed. Are there any settings that need to be changed in order to speed things up? Thanks.

This should work well on the ATV582 and ATV1800E, it takes a while to buffer, as for HD not on Netlfix currently.

Are you referring to XBMC?

Also if you are using a free dynamic DNS VPN service such as Hola it can take longer to connect.
