ATV1200 will not turn on

I upgraded my ATV1200 firmware now I cannot get it into recovery mode. When I hold the rest button and plug in power cord red light comes on and green light flashes once and returns to red light. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this.

And what is the serial # of your unit?
