usb keyboard?

Hi...just bought this yesterday.

Setup xmbc via remote, then the manual update wiped the config out. So I thought I would use a keyboard when reconfiguring but usb keyboard doesn't work.

What has to be done to connect a usb keyboard? It's just worked on anything else I've ever connected.

Have you tried both USB ports?

USB Keyboards should just connect automatically

Yes, both ports. Keyboard lights light, but can't type anything.
