4K Resolution

I have just bought this box specifically to link up to my 4K LG TV. This was just upgraded by LG to allow for 4K 60P input via HDMI. I have tried each of the 4K output resolutions from the box but unfortunately, the picture is very jerky and unusable. How do I get round this problem?

Are you using an HDMI 1.4A Cable?

As part of the LG upgrade, they supplied a HDMI2 lead,

Yes I did which also did not work. Have now returned unit to the supplier.
