Hi I am new to this forum. I bought a new ATV582 a few months back. The problem I am facing dating back to a month is while playing a video (1080P @ 60Hz ) the picture flickers few times randomly and then there is no picture. I can still see the box is running because the LEDs. With a gentle press on the back of the box brings back the picture. I opened the box and check is anything is loose or dry joints. Everything looks normal.

Any ideas what could be wrong.

Firmware issue. Has been addressed in our next update.
