Weh I try to install the APK I get "There was a problem parsing the package"

The instructions are not 404, the link inside the instructions, it points to this file http://www.mygica.com/down-eng/new/upda ... RC_APK.zip THAT one if 404, not the instructions. sorry if I didn't made myself clear
