Thanks for the update! I admit that I wasted a lot of time trying to get the update to go because I hadn't formatted my SDCard properly. I had formatted my card as exFAT. I was getting the famous .. cannot mount /sdcard ... I solved the problem by downloading a 3rd party format tool for Win8.1 and repartitioned and formatted my sdcard properly. The install worked like a charm and I'm ready to test the update out. Thanks again! Pi
