    1200
  1. Hi, I have 3 MyGica 1200 boxes. One of the boxes had not been updated from my original purchase. So I attempted to update it from the original MyGica 1200 firmware - used the old upgrade files that I had stored on my SD card and hid the new ones updating and including the Kodi software. That seems to have gone okay. Then, I hid the old upgrade files on my SD card and made the newest files visible (i.e. not in a folder). However, when I tried to upgrade locally, I could not see the files, even though they were there when I looked on my PC. Then I checked MyGica and it said the current version was 4.2 - but I hadn't applied that upgrade. And I could still see XBMC on the Home Screen. I did a hard reset and tried to install the update from there, but again, it couldn't see anything. At this point, I'm thinking I should do a factory reset and start all over again? However, when I try to find the original upgrade files here for upgrading to 4.1, the link doesn't work - in fact none of them do, even though I'm logged into the forum. Can you please help me? I don't have the files that I originally downloaded, because I thought the problem could stem from my SD card so I reformatted it. Thank you for your kind attention. Nina
  2. I posted the pictures of what I see on the screen when I try and adjust the display position - as you suggested, but I didn't see any follow up. I did find a couple of other posts from people reporting the same thing. I never had that problem with the last version. Can someone please backtrack and figure out what was changed that created this new problem for some of us?
  3. I took 3 photos and placed tem in a PDF. Hope you can help me out.
  4. Found and used OOB with exact same results. Starting to adjust display position instantly zooms screen to top left hand quadrant. Can only adjust top and left side. Can only adjust right and bottom slightly and never able to reach the point where you can see the white bar on the left or the bottom. No about of playing around, or starting over improves anything. Original android version worked in the respect with no hitches - any idea why the new update is so temperamental in this respect?
  5. Sorry if I wasn't clear earlier about this. I already went into that app. When I choose Display Position, it leads me to an option to zoom up or down only. Problem is, the box on the screen is not centered - the blue on the right is half the size of the blue on the left. No matter how much I shrink the box (80%), I cannot get the white line on the right side - it's as if it's chopped off. I am unable to center that menu on the Settings menu screen in the MBox app.
  6. I am using the RCA connections. I have a 32" set that works perfectly fine. As a point if interest, I was able to play around with the display orientation in xbmc and have no problem there. However, on the MyGica home page and other apps, about 2 inches of the right hand portion of the screen is inaccessible.
  7. I am having a problem setting the display position. My set is 4:3 and when I proceeded to adjust it, it zoomed immediately to the top left-hand corner. Try as I might, I could only adjust the left and top of the screen. I tried it also in the settingsmbox with the same results. In order to fit everything in, I've ended up with a 3 inch black bar on the left and a 1 inch bar on the right, a 2 inch bar on the top and 2 inch bar at the bottom. With the original version, it was perfect. How can I get it back to what it should be?
