USB freezing

I have my box since 36 hours. When trying to play movies using the media player on the desktop from a usb drive, it freezing. I disconnect the device and try to play the movie and still freeze again. After 3 resets I was able to see a movie. At the end of the movie I just hit the back arrow on the remote to return on the list of the hard drive, black picture on the TV. I reset the power again and it come back.

For shure it's not the hard drive. I use it on a LG smart TV without any problem.

I was supposed to buy a Western digital player because it's a trustable brand, but I chose your product because it's seem to offer more possibility. For the first 36 hours, it just giving a lot of problem. I just received the product from best buy canada. It is not normal that a brand new product have that kind of problem.

I hope that you have solutions to solved the problem, because I'm thinking of return the box to Best buy for refund.

Problem solved by upgrading to the feb version.
