Cannot access Firmware files

trying to download the 1800e firmware files, but can not access the files.

Are permissions required?

All firmware files can be found under each models Downloads section.

You can download them with or without being a member, there are no permissions required to download them.

I have gone to the MYGICA.CA site to look for Firmware downloads. I have an 1800E 2015 box but each time I am referred to the forum with an indication that the MYGICA site and the forum site have been merged. What am I doing wrong? I understand that the latest firmware for the 1800E is not available yet but when it is I want to be able to download it.

Here are a couple of things you can try to fix this issue.. because it sounds like a FTP server or pathing issue to me.

1. Download Alex FTP and following the attached document on how to us it.

2. Do the firmware upgrade with a laptop or solo console via X-cable.

Report back if that made a difference for you or not.
