ATV 582 with 14.2 Kodi

I was currently running gotham 13 and my sound would go on and off every 5-10min in. So i uninstalled xbmc and reinstalled kodi 14.2. I'm still having this problem, can someone help me out?

does it do this on any other app loose volume ?

Try a different HDMI cable and see if this solves it

I've tried another HDMI cable and still the same result. I've tried using the Netflix app and this problem doesn't occur. Only happens with XBMC (Kodi 14.1) Should I try to erase everything on the box and try a fresh install of the firmware and Kodi?

How is your wifi connection? That symptom sounds like a choppy connection with kodi doing partial buffering. Make sure that you check off " sync audio" in the settings.
