March Firmware update

The march firmware up date nothing but problems

Now the Mygica 1800E does not come back from the stadn by

The tv stays in a black sreen

Any where I can download firmware 11-05-14

Have you tried factory resetting to see if that helps?

If that does not work, you can find the 11-05 Firmware here

Are you getting the same issue as me?

If I set the resolution to 1080p 60hz

I get no video signal. If I unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in, it seems to reconnect?

Or does your box just go to sleep and never wakes up?

The 1800E box with the new firmware

Seem to have video problem with the TV

The resolution set at 1080 60Hz

The box comes back from stand by to a black tv screen

Unplugging the hdmi cable end reconnecting, made no difference

I put back the firmware 2014-11-05, everything is working great.

OK so it's not just me then. You are having the same issue.

That's the issue I have. For me it works sometimes by unplugging the HDMI cable and trying to change source again on TV. Sometimes I had to unplug the box. Crap this is a serious problem. I might have to go back to the 2014 firmware myself.

I have this issue as well and find if I unplug the box and plug it back it all is corrected. The box however does see my Samsung TV as 1080 whereas with the 11-14 firmware it would only allow 720.

Interesting. I also have a Samsung TV. I wonder if it's related to Samsung TVs.

The 2 previous firmware did not have this issue for me and I can choose 1080p 60hz without any issues. For me the issue only happens on the March 31 firmware.

We are aware of this issue with the resolution and picture not working properly.

Along with the Play Store issue

Working hard to have it fixed ASAP
