When will the ATV520e 4.2.2 update be available?

As of right now we are only working on the 4.2.2 upgrade for the ATV 1200 and 400

Since the 400, 520e and 1200 all have the same processor, the upgrade to 4.2.2 should not be a problem for Mygica to offer it.

I will have to ask them to give you a definite answer.
