Search error stuck on screne

I recently updated to 14.1 on mygica 1800 and seem to always have a "search error, 0 results" box stuck on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Does anybody know how to fix this? I have a plasma tv and don't want to burn the screen. It pops up on every site I go to regardless of doing a search. Thanks to anyone one who can help me fix this issue.

is it possible you could let us know which process your using if its SD card or USB? and what options you go through for this update?

Used the update from this site with the SD card. Worked fine for about a week.

please backup your box, then process a factory reset

1. Top of the Screen select Settings

2. Select WIFI

3. Select Other

4. Select More Settings

5. Scroll and select Reset

in that case its your TV, settings that would fix the issue, find the button on your remote Video Mode or aspect ratio

you can take back up in sd card and reset your box. how to reset you know some one mention steps to resets.
