Onscreen keyboard has disappeared

I can't do anything with mygica right now. Onscreen keyboard just disappeared this afternoon and its nowhere to be found. My K400 logitech keyboard I can't get to work with MyGica. I'm so frustrated I want to toss the whole thing.

Where would the keyboard go and how do I get it back?

rebooting the box would help, sometimes if its over loaded os, simple power reset would fix the issue
