Can someone please help. My video display screen is 1/4 of the size and in the bottom left hand corner. I don't know how to get it back to full screen.

Is this just XBMC? If so, it could be in windowed mode, which is toggled by typing a backlash ("\").

If you cannot get out of the video setting you are stuck on

Then hard resetting the box will bring it back to full screen

Seems like you've clicked on forward slash on the keyboard.. just try to connect an external keyboard and click on the "/" button or "\" ...
