Internet explorer zoom is too much

How do I adjust the explorer zoom, can't access slide bar or any other peripheral functions. I can zoom the web pages with double click, but not explorer it self. I tried adjusting in settings to no avail.

Have you tried Google Chrome, Firefox or Dolphin Browser?
