No more sound

Hi there,

i need some help, after reseting to manufacture settings i have no more sound.

I did it because netflix was'nt working anymore.

I tried everything i could, but still no sound?

please help. thank you

unplug power and plug it back in after 10 seconds see if that helps, if did not then process another factory reset

and your Netflix problem is not going to be fixed by factory reset, rather you can update it via Google Play store
