I hope someone can help me! After only having this box for about a week it now will not boot. I have tried a hard reset, but nothing. I had not updated any firmware as only new to this kind of box.now the box dind have any light at all.please help me to fix this or to returned at aliexpress.my sellers dind answer so im going crazy.please help

let us know the results, and just to indicate it should not stop booting up, it should always bootup, there is a way to reset via software, you can try follow this page
