I hope someone can help me! After only having this box for about a week it now will not boot. I have tried a hard reset, but nothing. I had not updated any firmware as only new to this kind of box.now the box dind have any light at all.please help me to fix this or to returned at aliexpress.my sellers dind answer so im going crazy.please help

If your unit has no lights. Check to see if the power supply has a green light on it when plugged in.

If the box does not have any lights, sounds like its dead. If you bought it from Aliexpress you will have to return it to them to get it exchanged.
