My box wont boot anymore - stuck on MYGICA

I have a MP850 (V8) box. It used to boot and get a menu. It was slow connecting to movie site. So I tried updating the firmware by USB. Not it does not boot!! Can someone help me reset to normal??

is it possible you could bring take a picture of the bottom sticker at the bottom of the unit?

im not exactly sure what box it is but have you tried a factory reset using the reset button at the back(or bottom)

Power up while holding in the reset button for about 8-10 seconds. Select factory reset.

See how that goes.

I tried the reset button - hold for 10 sec then turn on. No luck.

Is there a way to re-program it? Maybe using a computer?

I will try anything. I cannot make it any worse than it is now.

Turning on is not the same as powering up. While the reset button is held, plug the box in. With the unit plugged in, continue holding the reset button for 10 sec.

Yeah, i did that too.

I think I messed it up, trying to update the firmware.

The power got disrupted during programming i think.

I there any hope for my box? :\
