You can get them back by using the addon installer in Kodi. If you don't have it installed, then google Kodi Fusion. You should find how to install the addon. Just do some reading and you should be able to get it all back. Also, would be a good idea to use the backup feature in Kodi, so if you have a problem like this in the future you can just restore it from the backup. You will find everything you need to know by using google.
