Smart move! I'm starting to think this box is not fixable and I'm stuck with an expensive door stop. Take it back while you still can. The support here is almost nonexistent.

Not defending the product per se, but both my old(er) 1200 and my 380 (from Canada Computers) have been rock solid. Running 032115 (newest stable) on my 380 and have had no problems. Also, the 380 is something like $50 cheaper.
