Box is dropping out

Hi had my box for a while now but of late I can be watching a movie or TV show I say genesis and it stops anywhere from 20 mins to an hour then when I try to go back in it say no streams available is there an explanation or solution

Sounds like the stream you are trying to watch has been deleted from the server you were watching it from. Since it says "No stream Available" afterwards.

Most add ons give you 20-100 links to stream from, so just try another one.
