Initial problems

Hi Guys, sorry for this post, but I didn't see any information status lights etc.

Just unwrapped my unit (582) plugged it in and for a second got a blue light and then a screen that said something about 4K and then black screen and red light on unit (Right side), then nothing else. Pressing the red power button the remote doesn't yield any results.

Is this unit DOA ?

I've tried it a few times with removing power and plugging back in, but now I get blue light then red light and nothing on the screen.

I hope I'm not forgetting something stupid !

I presume you tried to unplug it let it sit for couple seconds and plug it in again?

Did you try another HDMI cable?

Hey Guys, thanks ... it actually turned out that my monitor didn't support the mygica signal (was trying to do initial setup away from TV)... all works now...now just need the new firmware !
