MyGica does not see ext HDD

Hi,

Few days ago I bought MyGica atv 1800e, and plug in 2 ext hdd

- First one, 1 TB, 2.5“ is OK

- Second one, 2 TB, 3.5” device does not see at all

This HDD is very important to see, it is main purpose to by MyGica

Please help

Just wondering if the 3.5" HDD has external power? I don't think the USB on the 1800 will power a 3.5" drive.

Which app are you trying to access the Hard Drive from?

Have you tried a different USB port?

Yes, I tried all other ports. I'm using file manager that comes installed, but also Kodi cannot see this HDD

here are some tips maybe it will help you:

- your drive must be formatted to FAT32 or NTFS,

- When your hooking the External HD make sure you see the light on the External HD

- When hookup to Android Box make sure your Android box is Turned on

- after hookup please browse through to make sure your HD is detected

- To findout, Click on Apps or Applications Big Icon, Scroll and find File Manager / through File Manager your will see your HD on main screen as SDA1 or SDA2

- Then try to open Kodi and you should find it
