You can use the 1800E Firmware if you want

Justin what are the steps to downgrade and where do I find the 1800e firmware.

I really don't want to do this but I was trying to install some apps from play store like file drop and they won't even open.

So I am going to do it until you get this new operating system sorted out as I'm not enjoying the this device at all.

if the 1900 is able to roll back to kitkat of the 1800.. would the 1800 be able to roll forward to the 1900s lollipop ?

This may or may not be possible.

I don't want to say for sure, but would make sense that it did.

Justin I read through the details about downgrading to the 1800E firm ware but it said that it needs to have the previous version installed before it will update. Not sure coming from Lollipop to Kit Kat would work for this reason.

I tried this myself. Works

And the previous version is referring to the 1800E/582, not the 1900
